  1. Recipe

    I. Ingredients:

    ½ green cabbage

    1 carrot

    150g enoki mushrooms

    3 eggs

    30g minced garlic

    Cilantro (for garnish)

    II. Instructions:

    Shred the cabbage and carrot into thin strips.

    Beat the 3 eggs in a bowl.

    Lightly grease a pan with oil and scramble the eggs until cooked through. Remove them from the pan and set aside.

    III. Cooking:

    Heat 6g of vegetable oil in the pan over medium heat.

    Add the 30g of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

    Add the enoki mushrooms, shredded cabbage, and shredded carrot. Increase the heat to high and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

    Add ½ teaspoon of salt and 3g of oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.

    Add the scrambled eggs back into the pan and mix everything together.

    Garnish with fresh cilantro.
