  1. Cheesy Sausage & Biscuit Casserole ⤵️
    1lb breakfast sausage, browned
    8oz colby jack cheese, shredded
    1 can biscuits, quartered
    6 eggs
    1/4 cup milk
    1 tsp dried mustard
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
    2. Lay the quartered biscuits down into a greased casserole dish.
    3. Add half of the shredded cheese & browned sausage on top of the biscuits.
    4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, dried mustard, onion powder, salt and pepper.
    5. Add the remaining shredded cheese & half browned sausage to to eggs and mix well to combine.
    6. Pour the egg & sausage mixture on top of your casserole and spread it evenly.
    7. Cover the pan in foil and bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for 15 minutes more until the top is golden brown and the eggs are firm to the touch.
    8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

    Note: if you want to prep it ahead of time, store it in the fridge covered overnight and add an additional 10-15 minutes of cooking time.

  2. PASS THE GRAVY!!!! Some bacon and onion butter fried breakfast potatoes on the side please! I'd love to chop some green peppers and onions thrown in. Oh IT'S ON LIKE DONKEY KONG!😋

  4. Ooh I want to try this! I think my family would love it. Also my brain froze at half a dozen eggs – don’t know why took me a second to realize what it meant 😂

  5. We make Amish breakfast casserole which is basically this but with tater tots or Crispy crowns for the base and it has bacon in addition to sausage. It's delicious and filling without making you feel stuffed

  6. Merry christmas!!! Making this this christmas morning but im realizing i need to double the recipe for 11 people i think ill need to probably adjust the cook time.
