Made this for myself at work, from the bottom up – tarragon dijonnaise, Calabrian chili mayo, pickled Italian hot peppers, Calabrese salami, smoked turkey breast, a whole bag of crushed harvest cheddar Sunchips, Swiss cheese, shredded lettuce dressed in the same mayos as above, pickled red onions, hoagie vinaigrette, crispy jalapeños on a fresh-baked onion bun. 11/10, would recommend

My only concern would be it ending up too wet. Shouldn’t be a big issue though, just means you gotta eat it fast before it destroys the bread.
No way rich people eat this well. They can fly in all the wagyu and foie gras they want, but this is made with care that money can’t buy.
