Needs a fried egg and slice of Kraft single cheese and now we’re talking!

  3. This is like the Cheese and Onion Cob from England which is a hunk of onion and cheese

This is not a fried Bologna sandwich, at least it’s a fried Emilia-Romagna sandwich.

On the spring break road trip we pulled into a spot to rest, have iced tea and Dr. Pepper. A server passed us with 4 of those, we ordered them.

Two mustard only, two with bbq sauce, pickles, and onions.

it’s not self-made burger at home, someone selling this??

Smoke it instead of fried & gimme that with mustard and onion along with an ice cold big red or Dr Pepper and a bag of bbq chips and that was a staple of my childhood from the local gas station bbq joint.

Nah, too thick. I’d rather fry a few regular slices and stack them. More fried surface area that way.

I’ll take your word for it… I wouldn’t try it.

At first I thought this was Leberkäse. It’s a meat product we eat here in Austria (and some parts of Germany) and it’s just amazing. If you like fried bologna you’d absolutely love Leberkäse, probably not that far off from how it’s made

When I say I’ll only have one sandwich.

Yeah I’m good. Never been a fan of sous vide hockey pucks.

Maybe if it was a third as thick with some cheese, onions, and a couple of pickle chips… yeah that sounds good

Nice!!! That reminds me of the pork roll sandwiches we made in Jersey too!!
