
cocoa oats hit the spot for me eeeevery time, satisfies my craving for chocolate while still being healthy 🙂 and i love having a sour salad on the side (2 cups spinach w/ balsamic dressing, acv, lemon juice, italian seasoning, & black pepper. + 1 tomato!). i make the oats by using 1 cup uncooked rolled oats, 2 cups water, 1 tbsp and 2 tsp cocoa powder, some stevia, 1/4 tsp each of cinnamon and vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. it tastes like brownies or chocolate cake to me (just healthy), i love anything chocolatey + warm, it is delicious
