This is a secret family recipe. So I hope everyone appreciates my willingness to share. I hope this makes up for how silly I was being when I wouldn’t even tell my neighbor what my date bars were called. New Year, New Kath.

All I keep thinking is poor Kath – what a beating was taken and all the lovely offerings to help.

Just curious after loo,ing at the directions at the bottom here for blending. Mis that still a thing or have we moved on? My cookie recipes seem to be lacking and this is the one thing that I am still doing.

When DID they drop the 1/2 teaspoon of water from the recipe, anyway?

On Christmas my sister said she wishes she had Grandma’s biscuit recipe. I have it. It’s the one off the bag of self-rising flour. I’m not telling her.

Wait!! It’s supposed to make 5 dozen cookies??!!! That means I eat about 4 dozen in cookie dough 🤔

This would normally be removed. But because of this special moment, where the r/baking community has come together. It’s in honor of Kath, despite the no memes rule. This post stays up, for the fun of it.
