My sister bought me the vertuo pop for Christmas, but it’s not the vertuo pop+ and it’s not the deluxe? But when I go onto Nespresso website this model doesn’t exist like at all????
The water tank is also like completely at the back, not at the back left corner like the other pop models.
This still connected to the Nespresso app and it works but I’m just confused. As well as the drip tray is huge? And doesn’t actually fit into the connector/clip thing to keep it in place.
On the box it also says it comes with a $25 voucher/2 free sleeves but when I tried to register the machine to do so it tells me that my machine/serial number doesn’t exist. So I’m just a tad bit confused (the voucher isn’t expired)
Sister bought it at Walmart in Canada.
Anyone know anything?

ETA: if youre having issues with a promo, call the customer support line. the website not recognising serial numbers is a common problem that they’re used to

Go to the Breville site and you will find it.
I got the same one from Walmart. Just go to the Nespresso store if you can, bring your receipt, the voucher and the serial number and they will give you the free 2 sleeves. Or you can email them. At privileges@nespresso.com and they will ship them out for you just include the serial number, receipt photo and membership #
Looks like my vertuo next deluxe, but mine is not pop and has the tank on the back
Everywhere in the world the pop has the water tank in the back. For some reason in America it’s on the side 🤷🏾♂️
I thought the water tank could be moved to either side, sorta, if you don’t like it to be in the back. Or is that feature only available on the Pop+ or Pop Deluxe?
Vertuo Pop and Pop+ are so similar that Nespresso US combines the two machines into one [support page](https://www.nespresso.com/us/en/machine-assistance/vertuo-pop). Right below the title are both PDF owners manuals one for Pop+ and Pop
You can’t find it for sale on the US store because Pop+ replaced the original Pop. But some other retailers might carry it if it’s old stock.
Update:
1. Was able to chat with a live agent and they directed me where to send the receipt, my member number and the serial number to add the credit to my account so hopefully I’ll get that!
2. I don’t know why the regular pop machine isn’t on the Nespresso Canada website, it’s not on the Breville website either! (Someone else just answered but apparently they replaced the pop with the pop+ since they were so similar)
3. I have now also learned the difference between the pop, pop+ and pop+ deluxe lol
Also I’m not complaining about my machine! I love Nespresso I have a round head I thrifted 2 years ago that’s from 2016! I wanted a new machine because my roundhead sounds like a rocket ship ready to take off everytime I make a pod it sounds like it’s gonna combust hahah.
