Got a 4.5lb boneless choice prime rib for $75 from Sam's Club. Cooked at 250 for about 2.5 hours and then 5 min at 500 after a 40 minute rest. Turned out really good this year.

Holy heck that looks good! What’s the greens?

I use the same recipe. I let the meat dry for a few days then season 36 hours prior to cooking, including six hours to get to room temperature. Always a hit.

Blow people’s minds and make a random one at sometime during the year and deliver it to your friends or family for dinner. It will be completely unexpected and make their month.

  4. More people should look at Sam’s Club for their meat I get all mine there and it’s ways quality and priced reasonably.
