Thanksgiving is the eating holiday and I’m starting as I mean to go on. Proper bacon is hard to find/expensive so I’m making do with the American stuff. The rest will be used for pigs in blankets with turkey dinner.

You’ve done well with the ingredients there, very good work all round!

I lived in China for 14 years, I learned how to cure my own bacon, you can do it easy.

That egg on toast looks totally tempting. What kind of butter is it?

  9. Great effort under the circumstances! The beans look a little insipid-a local variety, I guess. Otherwise great proportions and the plate not overly crowded. What did you fry the eggs in? I initially thought perhaps the leftover bacon/sausage fat but maybe not, given the yellowish hue.

  10. Lmao. Mug o tea and a bottle of HP. Love your style.

    Love the brekky, too. Gj

  11. Very nice. I love eggs that been cooked in the same oil as the bacon and sausages.
