    Cured and cold smoked salmon is the best! Love all of the smoked cheese and nuts as well. Did you cold smoke those before the NYE event?

    I’ve been doing this once a year for a few years now. Last year idk what happened but it came out way too salty. What was your cure ratio, smoke time, etc? If you don’t mind sharing
