Tomato confit sandwich from Gjusta. I know it doesn’t look like much! But it’s proof that all you need are a few excellent ingredients to make a great sandwich. ($)

The sandwich is literally just a few slices of tomato confit and really good butter on a really good baguette. (Confit is like the opposite of roasting where you bake something in olive oil at a very low temperature for a few hours.)

It was so good that I found their recipe online and have been making it myself. (Recipe in the comments.)
