I followed the method in Pastry Temple. I’m sure they need a lot of technical improvements but the flavor was amazing and I’m happy with them as my first ever try!

    One of my nieces went to France in September and has been asking me to make these. I want to but figuring out how to get the butter into a block paralyzes me (lame I know but it does!!!!)
