I have so many questions about this Nespresso Pop as new user

​Hi everyone! Newbie here. I got 12 free pods with my machine and just tried brewing for the first time.

​When I saw the staff demo the machine at the store, they used a large paper cup and it filled all the way up with just one pod. However, when I tried it at home today, I followed the instructions (filled the tank, preheated, inserted the pod), but the output was tiny! It only filled about 1/8 of my cup.

​I’m confused because I’m not using the smallest pods (which I know are for short shots).

• Did I do something wrong?
• ​Can I reuse the same pod to get more coffee?
• ​Should I be pressing the button more than once?

​Any help would be appreciated!
