    It’s ok. Maybe I just prefer NY style pizza a lot more. I would pick Appolonia’s round over this if you’re close by (and it’s open, and you have cash, and you feel like waiting in line, and you’re not trying to eat there, and you don’t mind looking for parking)

    Secret tip. Eat a couple slices in the parking lot tastes different fresh. The bottom is just a little crispy omg so good.

    I think it’s one of those places that if you know you know. It’s always busy but not to busy you can’t sit down. They make the best pizza for miles around. I used to live down by the street and it’s always been a go too. They’re doing fine. Not everything needs to be ok Instagram and TikTok some places can be great forever without buzz.

    I’ve only had it to go…cold, the next day and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had.

    Desano is great, but it gets overlooked because it predates the LA pizza wave that started around 2018 and blew up during Covid.

    Eatalian in Gardena is underrated. DeSano is very inconsistent and some pizzas come out overly salty

    Desanos is very good. People always pushing their weird LA pizza spots to try and hype. Actual NY pizza is in an entire different league than LA pizza sadly. That being said, Pizzeria Sei is probably the best around Los Angeles.

    On Beli it has a rec score of 6.7 and average score of 7.7 so maybe its not that good? However ill give a try one day to see whats this about.
