Rotisserie Prime Rib (approx. 10 lbs.)
Seasoned butter/beef tallow mix rub. (Salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, thyme, half a packet of beefy onion soup mix.) Seasoned beef tallow/beef stock injection. (Salt, pepper, garlic, Worcestershire.) Had some temperature issues due to wind and rain, but was able to overcome. A little over 2 hours to cook. Dinner was a little late, so I was rushed to serve after resting and didn't get more pics. Turned out a perfect medium-rare. Jus was drippings, beef stock, Worcestershire, and the other half of the beefy onion soup mix packet.
