Yes!! Dry them out completely and grind them to powder. Or put them in a jar with olive oil for a chili oil. Drop them whole into sauces and stews. Are they really hot?

You can grind them into pepper flakes or powder and use them as a spice. You can make a hot sauce using dried peppers. There are videos on you tube about how to do it, but maybe using dried chile de arbol.

I vote for completely drying them if they aren’t already and grinding them into flakes. I use them all year and jars of them to friends and family.
