Never heard anyone pronounce these cookies as "piz-el-ee" but you inspired me to make these gf! We have made these in our family since I was a little girl and I wanted to make them for my girls – you even inspired me to buy a 5 lb bag of gf King Arthur flour so I can make your other cookies as well! ❤
