Not sure how I felt about the flavor … but it was tender enough where I pulled the first bone right out of the rack

Ribs looks good, but what’s the can of water for?

  2. Upvote from me for the ribs, but also the excellent beer choice

Looking good. While I prefer a good porter i still guzzle the lite pints.

Looks really good! Experiment and try different things.

This is a nitpick, but the sauce looks a little inconsistent. Don’t get me wrong, I’m gladly eating those ribs.

Looks great 👍 Cooked Perfectly. Try different dry rubs until you find one you like. I go for a Spicy / Sweet flavor. Dave’s Devil Spit Rub mixed with Brown Sugar, Garlic and Onion Powder is my go to Rib Rub.

I like dry rub ribs best, those look good. Try bad byrons butt rub

Not bad at all. I like myself the 321 method

  9. Amazing job , I immediately craved ribs when I saw this picture .

I’d call that a success. Play around with the wood & the rubs moving forward to get the flavor where you want, but the cook looks spot on.

    How did you do it?
