


Smoked a top round roast for 2 hours on cherry then seared to finish. Sliced thin and layered on white bread with sliced onions and tiger sauce. First try at this was pretty good. Next time I'll bust out the meat slicer for thinner slices.

Wildly popular in Baltimore. Horsey sauce, white onion on a wick bun. Wick bun are heavy seeded buns with salt
