


Been wanting to do this one for a long while.
Dry rubbed overnight in 2 gringos brisket magic and chop hause then topped with a little heath riles garlic butter.
Fire at 300 to 120 internal
Pulled and rest untill cast iron got ripping hot. 3 minutes per side then kept flipping until I hit 135
It was killer. We will be doing this one again.
