Hands down the best low cal dessert I’ve ever come up with. It‘s light, refreshing and it taste similar to a cheesecake. If someone tries it lmk how you found it (I need someone else to confirm that this recipe is a masterpiece 😩)

    I’m not sure what “negligible” and “homogenous” mean. As a baker, I’ve not seen those words in a recipe.

    This recipe looks good but sounds expensive to make in the states. It looks like only small, niche stores sell vanilla sugar. Supposedly Siggis is skyr, which is an expensive “yogurt” as well.

    I’m thinking I would try greek yogurt and allulose and it looks fab. I’m gonna give it a go and thank you for sharing
