They all turned out great and packed nicely in tins but the caramels were a complete fail 😆 They tasted great, just were too soft and sticky when cutting and wrapping so had to leave them out and unfortunately wasted most of that pan 🙃 Maybe it was my candy thermometer, maybe the random TikTok recipe was inaccurate, but I guess I’ll just have to experiment with more candy making this year 😆
