My wife makes dinner about 75-80% of the time. I pick up dinner 1-2X per week. She told me that I'm in charge of dinner last night (Saturday), so I made this for the first time and it came out pretty well.
It also was fairly easy, just as the recipe stated. FYI, I didn't use any celery although I should have. I refused to pay $3 to use one celery stalk.

I use celery all the time. Anytime you may be sautéing onion for a dish, add a stalk of chopped celery. Mix up sour cream and dry ranch and dip celery in it. I love celery!!
