I wanted a collagen rich beef noodle soup. This recipe took roughly 32hours to execute but it was soooo worth it. I froze the left over bone broth and used for other soups as well. Now that I'm thinking about it has anyone ever tried bone broth with shin ramyun? I can only imagine that being out of this world delicious 😋.

Did you control the temperature for this, or just left it to boil for 32 hours?

Egg? Sesame seeds? Roasted beef? Looks delicious but not like any seolleongtang I’ve had.

My old korean ajummma neighbor taught me to take out that oily part floating above the soap when boiling.
