Winter meals are all about providing comfort. You know what we’re talking about. They need to be hearty, warm, and preferably low-effort. Between the meatloaf, lasagna, stews, and pasta dishes, we have plenty of comforting dinners to enjoy all season long—though not all of them are as effortless as we sometimes need them to be. That’s when this two-ingredient dish, which one of our staff members swears by, comes in. After you hear about it, I guarantee you’ll be making this dish all season long.

The 2-Ingredient Costco Dinner We Can’t Get Enough Of

According to Allrecipes’ Senior Community Manager, Ansley Emmet, the quick, easy comfort meal she’s leaning into all season long begins with an item from Costco: Bibigo Mini Wontons in the Chicken and Cilantro flavor.

Drop the mini wontons into your broth of choice, let the wontons warm through, and there you have it: a cozy winter meal on the table in less than 10 minutes. “Costco’s mini wontons elevate any broth, and it only takes five minutes for a delicious, flavorful soup,” says Emmet. In fact, she plans on “eating this all winter long.”

While this no-fuss winter meal is perfect on its own, you could always add any leftover vegetables or herbs you might have in the fridge to take things up a notch. Plus, the wontons come in a 3-pound bag, so you’ll have plenty to enjoy for more than one night.

Find the Bibigo Mini Wontons in the frozen section at your local Costco. Prices will vary by location, but we found them for a little over $12 per bag through Instacart in the New York area.

We may be slowly inching towards longer, brighter days, but we also still have more than two months of winter ahead of us. Keep this recipe in your back pocket and pull it out for those cold, gloomy nights when you crave maximum comfort with minimal effort. We promise you, it won’t disappoint.
