I made roast beef for me and the wifey today how did i do? Dry brine 24h oven cooked.

    Needs a Hobart slicer. Would be beautiful roast beef slices for sandwiches.

    Look up recipes for Thai crack sauce. I have been eating it with steaks and it’s truly next level. I served some with my Christmas prime rib roast nobody wanted the homemade horseradish cream sauce after they tried the crack sauce.
