The whole AI thing happened again. It also happened when I posted a chiffon cake before. These are cookies I practiced making. Please, please don’t say I’m just using AI to fool everyone. I know many people don’t think I’m lying, but it still hurts.
By the way, I’ve improved a lot. These look a little rough.

I don’t think it’s AI at all, while these look absolutely insane, you can still see the raw craftsmanship of these.

These don’t look bad rough. They look painterly. Like old fashioned watercolors. There’s brush strokes and colors aren’t crisp, yes, but they make things look better not worse.

In the future, it might help to take pictures of the cookies from different angles. Like hold one in your hand and tilt it. It’s more difficult for AI to generate the same picture from different angles, so that might cut down on the comments.

No AI here, just real talent and skills, these are amazing! I love the style, reminds me of framed prints I used to have when I was a kid, they were painted in this style and sold cheap. I loved them and these cookies reminded me of them.

I saw the AI comments on your cake a month ago but the post about your cookies didn’t accuse you of being AI. It just said that people could use AI to generate a similar design because you said the design was not yours. I disagree with their suggestion but they weren’t accusing you of being AI. That’s the only mention of AI in the last month on your posts. I get you were upset a month ago with the cake but I don’t see anything happening again–plus it was a single commenter that was downvoted a bunch.

A high school student asked me for help with an essay assignment for another class. He handed me his Chromebook and I sat right in front of him and typed up a bulletproof introduction and a detailed outline for the rest. When I handed him his computer back he read what I’d written and said he wasn’t allowed to use AI. Nothing I said convinced him that I had actually written it. That was five years ago! As AI has progressed and become more mainstream, my writing is accused of being AI, online and IRL, more than not. Don’t let the bastards get you down!

Beautiful work. I frequently am accused of Ai in my work, as well. Two things:
1. If you have a solid customer base – let the rest of them think it’s Ai.
2. If you really feel like you need to prove them wrong, the best way is a process video. It kills any & all naysayers.

They have enough of a human touch to see that they’re not AI, anyone saying as such is just confused or blaming everything as AI. You can see the “brushstrokes” for lack of a better term.
The cookies look amazing, all the lines and colors make sense, and nothing looks too weird. I think maybe people think it’s AI because of how amazing this art is and the fact that it’s on a cookie.
