Not sure if it entirely fits here but: had leftover salmon, so… served it with roasted potatoes, tomatoes, and carrots along with sautéed mushrooms, spinach, and broccoli. Bonus homemade spinach ball on the side 😎

Roasted with olive oil, garlic, salt/pepper, and zaatar seasoning.

Sautéed with olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger (yes more an Asian style haha)

    That looks amazing! Just delicious. My one concern is if it’s enough to fill you up? I’m a volume eater so I always need to add a pile of leafy greens or something to a dinner that proportion.
