

Okay just to make it clear I am not doing keto because my doctor strongly advises me to keep taking carbs. But since dropping weight (130 lb now, 143 lb in August, 6ft tall) I have been craving fat packed meals. Been a long time lurker in this sub so decided to share what I like to eat when my body is craving something keto-ish.
Minced pork
Bolognese sauce (not sure where this was in line with keto)
A bag of frozen spinach
Two medium size eggs
Grounded Parmesan cheese on top
Fresh thyme, Turkish red pepper, khmeli suneli spice blend
And some lettuce and onions for fibre
