this plate of pasta with meat sauce & cauliflower for around 600 cals! i know that still could be a lot, but if you eat a small breakfast & lunch, you can totally eat a lot for dinner!

i used to be someone who would to be scared to eat pasta while in a deficit because of the amount of calories. just make sure you aren't eating a serving that feeds a family of 4 (like i used to do lol)!!

  2. Looks bomb! Its so easy to over-pour pasta, rice etc. When I started sticking to the recommended serving size, was much much easier to lose weight
