Got a Sushi Deluxe Combo tonight – 11pc sushi w/ Spicy Tuna Roll – need help identifying the fish types


I ordered a Sushi Deluxe Combo tonight with 11pc sushi & a spicy tuna roll. The menu did not specify what was in the 11pc sushi. Can anyone please help me decipher what fish is there other than salmon & tuna at the bottom?

    Top left is kanpachi(amberjack) 
    Top right might be escolar but I am unsure.

    Escolar is typically smooth all around.
