I am rather proud of how this turned out, as it's the first time I ever tried anything with decorations like this before. The cranberries on top are not alone! I folded a cranberry jam into the cheesecake filling and topped it off with a whipped white chocolate ganache before I decorated. The rosemary could have been a bit fuller, but paying five more dollars for ANOTHER package of rosemary from my local grocery store, all for something that isn't even eaten, seemed foolish.

5 dollars for a package of rosemary is a rookie mistake. Go to Lowe’s and buy a whole bush. Infinite rosemary.

What technique did you use to candy the cranberries?
