Korean marinated eggs with quinoa and kimchi!! Keeps me full almost all day long :))

Here’s the marinade recipe for those who are interested in trying: 1 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup water, minced ginger, yellow onion, and garlic, tiny splash of sesame oil, sesame seeds, gochugaru, green onions, and a bit of a sweetener of your choosing. Marinate the boiled eggs over night (i recommend soft boiled, 7 minutes then ice bath) and it’s ready!

    The Asian in me screaming internally at the chopsticks stuck in the rice bowl but breakfast looks extremely yummy nonetheless.

    Maybe silly question, but do you cook your quinoa fresh or do you prep it beforehand?
