A popular french pastry shop in Vancouver is hosting an elevated wine pairing experience this winter.
Pastry Chef Elena Krasnova and Sommelier Evgeniia Doronina invite you to join them for An Apéro in Mon Paris, an intimate evening celebrating the timeless harmony of French wines and cuisine.
After opening her first location in Burnaby in 2017, Chef and Owner Elena Krasnova expanded with a second location in Olympic Village earlier this spring.
Mon Paris Patisserie
Born in Russia, Elena grew up during the ‘Perestroika’ era when bare necessities were in high demand. Growing up during this time developed her ability and desire to express herself in artistic ways by “creating something beautiful out of nothing”.
Thoughtfully curated pairings highlight layers of flavour, texture, and terroir, guided by Evgeniia’s expert selections and complemented by Elena’s refined culinary craftsmanship. Each course unfolds with elegance and balance, transforming classic pairings into moments of true indulgence.
