After growing up with a parent who would boil eggs until they were grey, I’ve been hesitant about eggs. I’ve recently started different cook times and methods and have come up with the perfect recipe:

Boil water. When water is at a hard boil, drop eggs. Boil for 8 minutes. Remove and place in ice bath. Wait a few minutes, then perfectly peel your deliciously jammy eggs.

    Saaame! I used to always worry about timings when it came to boiled eggs, but 6-7 minutes is perfect for jammy yolks. Btw I’d highly recommend some of the ‘everything bagel’ seasoning on top, it’s so good!

    Bought some of those crackers and they were so strange and bitter. Did not like them
