The liquid base of this fluff contains:

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 tsp guar gum
  • 1/2 tsp stevia
  • Salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg

Blended into 1.5 ice cube trays' worth of crushed ice snow. I made a peanut butter flavored swirl to fold in by just mixing the following with enough water to bring it together into a paste:

  • 15g (1 scoop) pea protein
  • 1T PB2 powder
  • 1/4 tsp stevia
  • 1/4 tsp guar gum

And I broke half the batch of my Fluffy Greek Yogurt Agar Mousse into chunks to mix into the bowl. They kind of had a marshmallow-y texture and flavor.

Adding everything together, that should come to about 180 calories, and 24g protein. Before mixins, the fluff filled the blender's pitcher almost to the 6-cup mark (with the blades in)!
