    We’re the onion rings less crispy than they look? I’ve done this a few times now and I do live then but they are soggggyyy in the middle(but pretty much burning when I take them out the oven), yours don’t look like this

    Can you elaborate on the onions? a bed of parmesan, like a lil bird’s nest of shredded off-the block parmesan? Then bake?
