    Low sugar or low fat (basically just low cal lol) cool whip *frozen* is other worldly. It’s like fluffy soft serve ice cream.

    Frozen blueberries. Texture is like sorbet, with some nice fiber and bulk and natural sweetness with a bit of tart, and you can have 2 CUPS for less than 200 calories.

    I just freeze the tub of sugar free whipped cream and go grab a big ol spoonful whenever I want.

    I just stick with natures treats, fruit. And sometimes jazz them up. Like my favorite dessert to pack in my lunchbox is clementines with cool whip. I peel them and put them in a container, small spoon of cool whip which I keep frozen so it’s pretty firm to scoop. By the time I’m ready to eat it, the cool whip has defrosted, so then I just give the container a shake and it coats everything in a thin layer.

  5. Berries are my #1. Without without whipped topping. Sometimes a sprinkle of sugar or a tablespoon of cream.
    When I haven’t recently been to the grocery store it’s all about popsicles. Outshine lime is my favorite & 60 calories.
