It is my second season growing tomatoes and I have actually been somewhat successful! I have had loads of sun sugar, and I wanted to share a picture of my three (with more on the way) ripe romas and the largest tomato I have yet grown! It is Cherokee purple and I assume I shouldn’t eat it because it has some pretty big cracks- obviously I still have a lot to improve upon! But i have another, less split 😆 Cherokee purple starting to blush and a few more that I am hoping will make it to maturity. I am very happy with my tomato turn out and am looking forward to the next season! I am hoping to eventually be successful enough to make sauce from scratch. (Midnight Roma is up as my next paste to attempt!)
