So I was feeling the upgrade itch in early December, and dove deep on the Quick Mill Pop Up as my next upgrade as I didn’t think I needed a dual boiler setup (wife doesn’t drink coffee).

But then I found someone selling a new Bianca for pretty cheap that they’d been sitting on for a couple years, and could’t resist the “endgame” upgrade. First shot was one of the best I’ve ever pulled! Now researching water softener systems to plumb the machine.

Lmk what you end up doing with plumbing it in, I’m thinking about plumbing mine in next month when the kitchen is done but I’m in two minds; I may just plumb it in for drainage.

Aye, very nice! I same setup and it’s a killer combo.

You’ll love your Bianca, such a beautiful and quality machine.

If you haven’t already, get smart plugs for your machine and grinder, that way you can set a schedule for your your Bianca to come on and start heating up before you wake up. I use the higher wattage Kasa plugs and they fully integrate with the rest of my smart home stuff. Also, you can use the Google home app to just say a command and have it pop on. Just make sure that your plug is rated for the total wattage of the Bianca.

    Enjoy your Bianca !
