Fungus gnats need those yellow sticky traps and mosquito bits with Bt for their larvae. As for your plants, they’re starving of nutrients and soil looks dry. Tomatoes like to be moist and are heavy feeders, so amp up the nutrients to 1EC and up to 2EC as they grow bigger. The lights are not strong enough, so the stems are lanky.

Wonβt comment on the plants, because Iβm still waking up and I havenβt even had my coffee yet. But, the little flies you mentioned might be fungus gnats ( or something similar ). Theyβre fairly common, and if you search it online ( or on this sub ) youβll find plenty of suggestions on how to handle them. I use gnat traps, and try to let the top of the soil dry out a bit between waterings. But look around for different solutions, and keep trying different ones until you find something that works for you. Best of luck!
