I mainly use my 14″ WSM for when I’m doing an over the top chili, mostly just because I’ve got a Dutch oven that fits it nicely.
That said, if you want it, get it.

I got my 18 inch WSM in 2009 and it’s still in great shape. I love this thing. Smoking two pork butts this weekend on the Weber bullet.
My Christmas gift to myself this year was a Meat Your Maker #12 3/4 HP grinder on sale from Black Friday. This weekend making burger from brisket and a chuck roll and some will have ground bacon in it. So much nicer than the Kitchen Aid attachment grinder I’ve used for ages.
Currently curing pork loin for Back Bacon (Canadian Bacon) and Pea-meal Bacon which I grew up eating as a kid.
