You gotta make mashed potato pizza (with bacon). It’s common on New Haven style pizza.

How are you controlling the temp on the oven? Do you blast it for 30m until it reaches a certain temp on the stone and then put the pizza in and turn the heat down and cook for how long? Just curious – I’ve got a gozney and dialing in the time and temp is an art, it seems!

I would never in a million years think to put potatoes in pizza myself. First thought I had reading the title was ‘how many carbs is that?’ lol.
But that being said, it doesn’t look like you added that many potatoes and it could be a unique taste profile. I know a few polish meals where they add cheese to potatoes. Not that I have tried it myself.
We have a small chain of pizza places here called “pizza luce” and they do a loaded baked potato, it’s so good. They do quite a few unique ones. They have an eloté one that is amazing.
