Calorie estimate in this meal?

Hi! please help me estimate the total calories for this meal, and then help me estimate how much i ate (second slide). This food is from “Fluffies Hot Chicken” in midtown nyc. It is half mac n cheese and half fries, topped with the chicken and hot sauce. 🙂
