It’s the start of a heat wave here and 42 degrees outside, a day off work and I have a child free day. Since watching Season 2, I’ve made and eaten so many Korean dishes throughout but I have been craving bibimbap. I just haven’t have the time/love needed to give to make it. Then I saw some more bibimbap posts here and I couldn’t wait anymore! It was so worth it and I’m about to make my second bowl after this post.

I made the radish kimchi a month ago, it’s good but not my best this time. I cooked the egg to my taste.

  3. I try so hard to resist but half way through each episode I’m like “pause it, I have to make something”. Recently I’ve even been having my girlfriend time how long it takes me to make my snacks, just for fun and it makes me feel like I’m in a competition. Today I made a dashi and mushroom soup, and a sauce to dip small celery sticks. Took me just over 7 minutes and it all was delicious.
