Filled with potato and cod.Filling tasted great but wasn’t the best to work with. It was too oily for the machine that when the filling was dispensed too much came out even at low setting. Any lower and there wouldn’t be enough filling but any higher the ravioli would bust open.
I got about 4 more of these so I was able to make quite a bit.

“ravioli” is plural. The singular form is “raviolo”. Same goes for “cannolo/cannoli”.

Technically, small round stuffed pasta similar to ravioli is called medaglioni
But I am impressed anyway. Did you use a tiny cookie cutter to make them?
