Ever since I discovered the Weber grill lamp I’m 100% on board with night drilling. Literally made burgers at night with a light rain the other night and was perfectly fine with it, as long as I’m outside.

My people! I swear every time I grill here comes a thunderstorm, or I decide to grill last minute and I’m grilling with my phone light and snacking off the grill because I’m so hungry.

Wish I had a lighting setup like this picture. Sometimes, it’s the only way to go, especially when the daytime weather is really windy or snowy/rainy. I somehow wound up with 3 of the same camping-type lanterns that put out a lot of light, which works pretty well … until I forget about the metal hangers I put them on and accidentally kick one over onto the grill. Great time to grill! (disclaimer: only if you’re willing to bathe in insect repellent during the summer)

Finished up my thanksgiving turkey (on the rotisserie) at 12:30 am. I’m all about it. Just need a cooler with a few tasty brews

Since it gets dark here (Twin Cities, MN) as early as 4:30 my wife got me one of those stocking caps with a light in it so I can grill in the Winter. Keeps me warm and lets me see…
