Nothing Bundt Cakes had an impressive run in 2025. Not only did it launch several seasonal flavors, such as Key Lime, Banana Pudding, and Caramel Apple Cider, but it also teamed up with some of the biggest names in sweets.
Last June, Nothing Bundt Cakes launched a collaboration with Hershey’s to offer a s’mores-inspired cake perfect for every summer gathering. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, the chain dropped the Triple Treat made with Reese’s and Oreo, a dessert that was as indulgent as the name suggests.
Now, Nothing Bundt Cakes is starting 2026 strong with the return of a fan favorite, plus an all-new frosting.
Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake Returns To Nothing Bundt Cakes
Nothing Bundt Cakes’ Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake made its debut in 2025 and quickly became a hit. The flavor sold out at more than 200 locations nationwide, and it’s easy to see why. It starts with a spice cake infused with rich and creamy cookie butter. It’s baked to golden perfection and topped with the chain’s signature cream cheese frosting, a drizzle of cookie butter, and a Lotus Biscoff Cookie.

If you haven’t tried this cake yet, you’re missing out. All it took was one bite to dethrone my previous favorite, White Chocolate Raspberry. In fact, I loved it so much, I had one delivered to my mom last year—and now it’s her favorite, too. The Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake is available until Feb. 15 in all sizes, but only while supplies last.
Alongside the returning cake comes a first for the chain: chocolate frosting. Fans can try chocolate ganache cream cheese frosting on the New-Fashioned Marble With Chocolate Frosting cake. Available only in Bundtlet size, the offering features a yellow and chocolate swirled cake topped with the indulgent new frosting and chocolate-coated wafers. You’ll be able to snag this flavor for just two weeks this month, from Jan. 12 until Jan. 25.
And that’s not all! Just in time for Valentine’s Day, guests can order the all-new Chocolate Raspberry Heart Made With Dove. The cake features a chocolate base filled with raspberry purée. It’s topped with the chain’s signature cream cheese frosting and finished with a Dove chocolate heart. This variety will be available only as a Bundtlet, but can be ordered as a Bundtlet Tower sealed with a ribbon and flower for an impressive gift. But don’t delay, because this Love Day option is only available Feb. 2 through Feb. 25.
Be sure to stop in and grab a Bundtlet for yourself and a loved one while these limited-time flavors are here. And if you miss out, don’t worry. There’s a good chance Nothing Bundt Cakes is already working on its next big hit.
