On a rainy day finally made it to Dai Ho in Temple City for their beef noodle soup. Shop is only open 3 hours per day 11:30am-2:30pm. Quality was top notch, spicy and good chunks of beef. Herb and spice forward, nothing like ramen or pho, very much its own flavor profile almost medicinal. Next time I’ll try the sesame dry noodles.
