
- 1 pack of red lentil pasta
- a few handfulls of pine nuts (roasted)
- some broccoli
- 1 chicken breast cut into small pieces
- 1 red onion
a few spoonfulls of pesto
vegan nut based parmesan
tomato and arugula
- Steam the broccoli a little, fry the onion and the chicken, cook the lentil pasta, roast pine nuts
- Mix pasta with the pine nuts, broccoli, chicken breast & red onion
- Add the amount of pesto you wish, mix
- Serve with arugula, tomato and (vegan) parmesan
- Yummy!
