• 1 pack of red lentil pasta
  • a few handfulls of pine nuts (roasted)
  • some broccoli
  • 1 chicken breast cut into small pieces
  • 1 red onion
  • a few spoonfulls of pesto

  • vegan nut based parmesan

  • tomato and arugula

  1. Steam the broccoli a little, fry the onion and the chicken, cook the lentil pasta, roast pine nuts
  2. Mix pasta with the pine nuts, broccoli, chicken breast & red onion
  3. Add the amount of pesto you wish, mix
  4. Serve with arugula, tomato and (vegan) parmesan
  5. Yummy!
